Actor Anand Deverakonda has shared a moving message for his elder brother Vijay Deverakonda and vadina (sister-in-law in Telugu) Rashmika Mandanna, celebrating their recent wedding. The ceremony took place on February 26 at ITC Momentos in Udaipur, with only close friends and family in attendance. The event was marked by love and affection among those present, as the family welcomed Rashmika officially into their fold.
Anand Deverakonda expressed his feelings about the new chapter in his brother’s life. Sharing his experiences of how fans would often ask about his ‘vadina’ – meaning sister-in-law in Telugu – Anand reflected on his journey as Vijay’s younger brother and on gaining a new family member.
He recalled moments from the past when fans would call out to him, unsure how to react to their enthusiasm regarding his brother’s relationship. He said, “There were so many times when fans would shout, ‘Vadina, ela unaru?’ (How is your sister-in-law?) and I never quite knew how to react (sic).”
