Inspire Viral Times respects intellectual property rights. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we respond promptly to copyright infringement claims. If you believe content on https://inspireviraltimes.com infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure below.
2. FILING A DMCA NOTICE
Your written notice must include ALL of the following:
1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
2. Identification of the infringing material and its URL(s) on our site
3. Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address
4. Statement of good faith: “I have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”

3. OUR RESPONSE
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
– Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
– Notify the user who posted the content (if applicable)
– Respond within 5–10 business days
4. COUNTER-NOTICE PROCEDURE
If you believe your content was removed in error, submit a counter-notice including:
1. Description and URL of the removed material
2. Statement under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake or misidentification
3. Your full name, address, phone, and email
4. Consent to jurisdiction of the relevant federal district court
5. Your physical or electronic signature

We will forward the counter-notice to the original complainant. Content may be reinstated if no legal action is filed within 10–14 business days.
5. REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY
Inspire Viral Times has a zero-tolerance policy for repeat copyright infringers. We will terminate contributions of users found to be repeat infringers.
6. FAIR USE
Some content may reference or quote small portions of third-party material under the Fair Use doctrine (17 U.S.C. § 107) for commentary, criticism, news reporting, education, or research. If you believe any use exceeds fair use, please contact us.
7. GOOD FAITH WARNING
Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, knowingly and materially misrepresenting that material is infringing may result in liability for damages.
