1. Cat-Cow Stretch (30 seconds)
- Start on all fours.
- Inhale, arch your back (Cow Pose).
- Exhale, round your spine (Cat Pose).
- Repeat for 30 seconds.
2. Standing Forward Fold (1 minute)
- Stand tall, exhale, and bend forward.
- Let your head hang and hold for 1 minute.
3. Seated Spinal Twist (30 seconds per side)
- Sit with legs extended, cross one leg over the other.
- Twist toward the bent knee and hold.
4. Child’s Pose (1 minute)
- Kneel, sit back on heels, and stretch arms forward.
