Isha Ambani, the daughter of Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani– the richest man in India and all of Asia– has reportedly sold her luxurious 12-bedroom bungalow in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles (LA), for a whopping Rs 508 crore. According to reports, Hollywood couple Jennifer Lopez and her husband Ben Affleck, are the new owners of Isha Ambani’s lavish Beverly Hills home, having bought the prime property for Rs 508 crore.

Isha Ambani’s ultra-lavish home in Los Angeles is located in heart of Beverly Hills. The luxurious mansion, spread across 38,000 square feet, has 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms and also features an indoor pickleball court, a gym, a salon and a spa.
The deluxe mansion also boasts an infinity pool, an outdoor kitchen, several lawns, as well as an massive garden. Additionally, Isha Ambani’s bungalow also has indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
Hollywood couple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez are now the proud owners of Isha Ambani’s luxurious LA home after paying a hefty Rs 508 crore for the property, a deal for which was signed last year, reports said.
Lopez, who shot to fame as a singer, songwriter and musician, has carved her own niche in the movie industry over the years, and is currently considered a Hollywood A-lister, along with her husband, Ben Affleck. Jennifer Lopez, who has an estimated net worth of around Rs 3,332 crore, re-married Affleck for the fourth time in 2022.

Isha Ambani, the daughter of billionaire Mukesh Ambani, got married to Anand Piramal– the heir to the affluent Piramal Group business empire — in 2018, was gifted a sea-facing bungalow in Mumbai by her father-in-law as a wedding gift. Isha and Anand’s Mumbai bungalow, named Gulita, features a unique diamond-like shape, and is estimated to be worth around Rs 500 crore.
The Gulita is spread over 50,000 square feet and features luxuries like a private movie theatre, a massive hall, apart from having three basements, and other lavish facilities such as a large swimming pool and a gym.
